中和活性評価部門

中和抗体の開発では、有力な抗体を含んだ試料の探索や、開発した抗体の有効性評価などが必要です。富山県衛生研究所と連携して開発したCRNT法は、シュードタイプウイルス（本物のウイルスに似せたウイルス）を用いた手法で、大量かつ迅速なスクリーニングに向いています。また、BSL3・ABSL3施設を利用しての高病原性生ウイルスを用いた中和活性評価や、動物での薬効評価が可能となっています。さらに、免疫細胞へのアプローチとして、シングルセル解析体制を充実していく予定です。
